Known as the Bicton Belvedere (or "The China Tower"), this striking octagonal Gothic folly was built in secret in 1839 by Lady Louisa Rolle as a surprise 88th birthday present for her husband. Tucked away on a wooded knoll in Devon, England, it once housed Lady Rolle's extensive porcelain collection. We engineered this specific piece as a functional illumination tool; the massive, single-piece geometry is fully hollowed with a dedicated 35mm port in the base for an electric tea light or layout LED, allowing realistic light to spill through the historic frames.
