About this 3D model

I adapted Geekdad_3D's Zippo lighter case model to accommodate the charging port for the Zippo arc insert. It uses a piece of 1.75mm filament (or similar) for a hinge pin. While Geekdad_3D suggests resin to promote hinge strength, I've had great success using ASA or PC to get a strong hinge. Recommend printing hollow ends up, supports on. 2025-03-06 Update: Reuploaded print profile. Makerworld removed it for not having a photo for some reason. Same profile has been reuploaded with new photos.
