About this 3D model

This head, made for insertion onto a statue, is a Roman copy of the type of Aphrodite known as the Venus Genetrix, the work of the Greek sculptor Kallimchos (420-400BC). Given the moderate use of the drill and the light carving of the pupils and irises, the sculpture can be dated to the Hadrianic period (first half of the 2nd century AD)
