Here is my water bottle holder I made after breaking another cap retaining strap that I used to attach to my backpack. It is a tight fit at the ends of the bottle, but it is just pressfit over top of the bottle. If you want added security, i would add some epoxy or glue to the ring on the area of the bottle you want it to stay, then slide the ring over. support is not required for this print, but i suggest 61 degree overhang setting to improve the external finish *Exclusive sponsored gift by @Wesup included with this design.
