About this 3D model

DISCLAIMERS: NEW SUNLU spools may be 1mm smaller in diameter. If your spool measures 194mm please try scaling down the model to 99.5% and print the Left-hand side adapter first and test the fit. Please note that this does not appear to be universal as of yet. Some users, including myself, have new SUNLU spools that measure the same as the old design. Print profiles NOT created by DesignCraft may contain outdated model versions or suboptimal slicer settings. Use at your own risk! I have no control to moderate or remove these third party print profiles. Description: This model widens one side of the spool ring adapter to stabilize a SUNLU 1kg 195x60mm spool while it rotates within a Bambu Lab AMS. I've tested these adapters on SUNLU PLA and SUNLU PLA Meta spools. I have not tested on SUNLU PLA+ and some people have reported that the PLA+ spools are larger. Please measure your spool before printing. Instructions: Print one of each model for a single spool. Affix the wide spool ring adapter on the right-hand side of the SUNLU spool if you're facing the AMS. See attached photos. Considerations: Print Material: Please print with a basic PLA or PETG to minimize any shrinkage.
