About this 3D model

Forgeify was approached by University of Buffalo's prestigious archaeology department to recreate a rare artifact for their museum using photogrammetry and 3D printing. The artifact was an arrowhead that was recently uncovered at a site in the Middle East. We were given the artifact and used Autodesk 123Dcatch to accurately bring to life and recreate the artifact in 3D space. We took the 3D model and optimized the model to be 3D printed. An exact copy was printed and is currently on displayed besides the original artifact on campus. ​
