About this 3D model

One of the end caps for my 2021 Chevy Traverse's roof rack was lost to an automatic car wash. Chevrolet does not sell replacement caps, so I designed a replacement. The files are for Left and Right sides. they will fit either the front or rear rack. It is not perfect, but fits “good enough” for my need. It was a little snug, so I tapped it on with a rubber mallet to install it. As you can see from the photos, it is obviously not original, but from 6 feet away, you really can't tell. Most importantly (for me) is that it is functional and keeps the rubber strip on top of the rail in place. I printed in PLA without supports. It has held up over many trips, but I do not keep the roof racks installed on the car when I'm not using them so they are not subjected to prolonged exposure.
