This object was made in Tinkercad. https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fHO32l8XOwx I used one of the design resources for the Design Challenge - Fidget Spinners and modified it to have a central bearingless spinning element with a slightly rounded rise (to help find the place to hold without looking at it), added an additional stationary outer ring and two loops to be able to attach a necklace chain. By making it a wearable, maybe kids will be allowed to have it even in places where "toys, including spinners" have been banned. My school-aged children are arguing over who gets to keep this one. They like it a lot and compare it favorably to a Time Turner necklace that I rarely let them touch. Photographed print is in glow-in-the-dark PLA.
