About this 3D model
I have been meaning to do this design for a while, as it will look good on most layouts to give countryside scenes some extra detail. I chose this design to make a 3D off because the design was better suited to printing with a 3D printer.I have included two versions of this design, one has legs and the other without. The Ramp is an additional item if you print the version with legs. These items have been designed at 1/76 scale but can be printed at other scales.Primarily, these items have been designed to be printed on an FDM printer, but can also be printed on a Resin Printer.designed at OO gauge, 1/76.2 scale.for HO gauge print at 87%, 1/87 Scale, for TT120 gauge print at 63.5% 1/120 Scale, for O gauge UK at 175%, 1/43.5 Scale, for O gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 Scale, for N gauge print at 51.49%, 1/148 Scale, (Caution: I have not printed this model in N gauge, so can’t guarantee its printability) Examples in the photos were printed on an AnyCubic Photon M3 Resin Printer I recommend printing this item on a 3D resin printer to get the best resolution print, in OO this is quite a small item, so some of the detail might not show when printed. As normal with my designs, there is a balance between accuracy and printability, hopefully not affecting the design of the model too much. I use AnyCubic Water Washable Resin for most of my items but use AnyCubic ABS Like Resin for anything that needs to be stronger and tougher.
