About this 3D model

Giacomo Manzù had strong ties with the Catholic Church – in 1949 he designed "The Death Gate" in tribute to Pope John XXIII. He made many other sculptures for other churches, works that revealed his intimate and profound fascination with religion, although he was himself an atheist.
