About this 3D model

According to the insriptions on this gravestone, it belongs to "Fifty-year-old Komeniskos and his wife Kale". It perfectly follows the custom of Hellenistic funerary art as it represents the deceased in a daily life situation – in this case a couple standing next to each other. However, they are not surronded by belongings or by mourners – which is an other possibility of Greek funerary art.
