Poseable classic skeleton at 10x minifig scale (42cm tall). Only the head requires support, and even that might be able to be avoided if your printer does overhangs well. The body is held together via a u-shaped piece of M3 threaded rod (or anything <=4mm) Roughly 1.1kg of PETG at 15% infil, 6 walls.
