About this 3D model
Between 1946 and 1947 Oscar Jespers made 3 female figures, closer to reality than his previous Expressionist work, but they still represent a certain idealization of woman. They depict women as a myth, mostly centered on perfection and fecundity. The maternal aspect of woman is emphasized through wide hips and brests. The nudity of the women also highlights the natural aspect of this perfection.
