About this 3D model
The provenance of this statue is unknown. It is composed of three reassembled fragments from the upper part of a stele, with the head of Hermes. The god's long haire, tied with a ribbon, hangs down his back, with just two tresses hanging down to his breast from behind his ears. The luxuriant beard is formed of long wavy tresses. This work is a copy of an original dating from late 5th century B.C.
