Summary The plastic parts of the folding table in our caravan (Hobby 420KB De Luxe 2011) broke in the folding mechanism. Happens easily and spare parts are expensive and rare. So, I printed my own version, where it doesnt fold anymore. Instead you quite easily remove it and put it in its resting position when lowering the table to make it into a bed. It doesnt fall out by itself. Print Settings Printer Brand: Zortrax Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0,14 Infill: High, 75% or more Notes: Not difficult to print. I printed all the parts in Z-ABS from Zortrax but any ABS or even PETG will do. PLA might not cut it as it can get quite warm in a caravan. How I Designed This Fusion 360
