Unknown provenance. The deceased wears a chiton and a himation. With her left hand, she will have held the himation, leaving the face exposed in a gesture characteristic of married women, based on the model of the goddess Hera.The statue is preserved together with its plinth and probably comes from an imposing funerary enclosure.
