Unknown provenance. The decree relates to the conclusion of an alliance between Athens and Neapolis (Kavala) in the archonship of Elpinos (356/5 BC). In the relief Athena shakes hands with the Parthenos, the patron goddess of Neapolis, who is rendered on a smaller scale.
