Print your own Celtic Skull LED necklace for Halloween! Here are two ideas for necklaces: a single-skull version with glass eyes glued on, or a 5-skull version with a battery, a switch, and flashing LED eyes. I used Tinkercad to create a flat spot inside to which you can glue an 18650 battery holder. Some self-flashing LEDs and a small slide switch are the parts I used for the 5-skull necklace.
