About this 3D model

This is a remix of the “Rugged Box (Parametric)” by Whity with the inner parts of the “Gridfinity Storage Box” by Pred , that comes with a variety of Gridfinity bins to hold the E3D Revo parts. When I saw the “Prusa (Tools) Rugged Boxes (Parametric)” model by 3DesignsCH , I knew I wanted to have such a box for my E3D Revo spare parts. I first thougth of using the “Gridfinity Storage Box” by Pred , which is totally awesome, but I wanted to have something less chunky. So I combined the “Rugged Box” and the “Gridfinity Storage Box” into this box. Box You need to print 1x bottom 1x lid 1x handle 2x latch 1x seal (optional - print seal out of TPU) You have two bottom versions to choose from: One with round magnet holes for 6x3mm magnets that you need to glue in One with hex shape magnet holes for 6x3mm magnets that you press in You have two lids to choose from: One black lid One lid with “E3D Revo” logo The lid with the logo is best printed with a printer with MMU/AMS. Assembly For assembly you need 6x M3x30mm screws for the hinges and latches 2x M3x18mm screws for the handle 2cm thick foam for the inside of the lid (optional) Print settings The box is printed best with the following settings: 3 Perimeters/Walls 5 Bottom/Top layers 20% infill 0.2mm layer height Arachne for wall generation Gridfinity Bins The gridfinity bins allow to have the inner parts of the box modular. You can reoder them, leave some spaces empty and adapt them to your needs. The design is partially remixed from the E3D Revo Nozzle Organizer by Fabian . Revo Nozzle Holder Bin for your Revo nozzles Revo Heater Bin for your Revo heater cores. You can choose from a bin for a single heater core or a bin for three heater cores. Revo Heater Sock Holder Bin for holding heater socks and springs for the heater. Comes in a small and a big version. Revo Nozzle Sock Holder Bin for holding nozzle socks. Comes in a small and a big version. Revo Combined Heater And Nozzle Sock Holder Bin for holding nozzle socks and heater socks/springs. Comes in a small and a big version. Small Parts Box A box for all the small parts. Use four 3x1mm magnets to keep the lid closed magnetically. Revo Voron Heatsink Bin for holding a Revo Voron heatsink.
