About this 3D model

The original wheel of my trimmer was getting worn down by use and it no longer had any grip so it would just slide around making a really inconsistent edge. I designed this using Fusion 360's topology optimization to get the best strength with the lowest material usage, plus it looks sick. I printed mine using Yardworks trimmer line (High Strength Nylon) for its high strength proprieties. Print settings: Support: Yes Resolution: 0.16 Infill: 35% Gyroid Filament: Yardworks universal trimmer line 1.65mm round Notes: The default orientation is best for printing, but it leaves the supported side facing out which doesn't look the best. I had to use two washers to get a snug fit. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
