About this 3D model

My first attempt to make a mod for the 3d printing world. I just remixed the version of this made for the standard e3d v6 30mm fan and adjusted it to mount to a 40mm fan. Screws slots allow for adjustment in height, uses 2x 20mm m3 screws. I suggest petg but pla should be fine. I tested it and currently is in used in my printer.
