About this 3D model

What is it? This is a Ryobi Power Station, which turns your Ryobi ONE+ 18V batteries into a portable power source. Outputs include: XT60 (adjustable via buck converter on top); and USB-A / USB-C , supporting: (QC4+ / QC4.0 / Huawei SCP/FSP / VOOC / PD3.0 / Apple Fast Charging & more - all supported modes listed here ) The XT60 port can be used to connect directly to a TS100 soldering via a XT60 Male Connector to Male 5.5x2.5mm DC Power Cable . You can also adjust the voltage via the buck converter for lower output. Important information Note: Basic understanding of DC circuitry is required to connect all components together. In my case, I have wired the on/off switch to the XT60 connector. Depending on the order of connection, you may wish to wire the switch so that it completely turns off all out put instead. Original design source Based off the Ryobi Soldering Station , I wanted something that didn't have the soldering stand and soldering arms. Look for one the ones with an LCD and the letters "MH" on the PCB. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000002309355.html List of modifications from original designs Original files have been modified as follows: Arm mounting thread holes and extrusion have been filled. Bottom plates from this design have been merged into the model (unfortunately, this will mean more support material is required. Soldering wool hole extrusion has been filled. Some slight extensions from the original cone extrusion have also been smoothened out. Divider between USB-C and USB-A ports added. LM2596 mount and cutouts taken from DesignMakeShare and added to the Top lid. Extended top lid for additional clearance. Print settings Supports are required both underneath the model, and inside the model. Organic supports are recommended. Print with PETG for more rigidity. Assembly To be updated.
