I´ve uploaded the fifth version of heated bed holders for everyone struggling with the same problem after bigger print. After realizing, that making my own design is the best way to solve my 3D printer problems it was time to create some new holders. Holders are designed to be strength as sufficiently small - maximal recommended printable diameter remains at 220mm. Next advantage - holders have only 5mm overlap which makes possible using 230mm diameter, 3mm height glass for printing. Left and right side of each holder has a 20mm straight line for measuring distance between 3d printer aluminium profile and holder to easily center the bed. Models were made using Inventor 2016. Print Settings Printer: Anycubic Kossel Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 15% Grid Notes: I recommend using ABS/PETG. Using bed temperatures above 50-60°C causes PLA holders to bend so the bed can be moved witch smaller force.
