Simple mod to the stock Bugs 3 mount to convert the camera mount over to the lighter, flat, lower profile cameras over tall, wind catching, Box (GoPro style) cameras. 2 parts.-There is an insert to replace the poorly designed anti vibration unit that adds more vibration than it takes out.-And the actual camera mount. Use a Velcro strap to hold the camera in.
