Hello, I had to replace a plastic part from my broom as my thread broke. I just drew another with Design Spark and now it works fine again... hope it helps you, too. I adapted the desigh, so you don´t have to take out the plastic part inside the broom. You just put the last part of the broom inside the top and fasten it with 2 M6 - Screws. If you don´t tighten them too fast they should do the job just fine. The given diameter for the lower broom stick is 20,5 mm so if your broom happens to have another diameter. You can simply adapt the diameter with any 3D-Software. Hope this will help...
