About this 3D model

First appearing in Dominion City, these terrorist cells of psionic super-soldiers work toward a still-mysterious agenda. Scaled for 28mm gaming, this guy was designed in Sculptris and TinkerCAD. I'll be making modular versions with accessories soon.
