About this 3D model

This is a remake of the awesome Skadis T-Nuts Mounting System for Ikea Skadis Pegboards by 6d6178 . I wanted to use M2 heat sets rather than nuts so that was the original goal. I saw room for some minor improvements so I redesigned the original version as well. I designed this model to use M2 heat set inserts with a length of 4mm and an outer diameter of 3.6mm but have successfully used shorter (3mm) and thinner (3.2mm) heat set inserts. Here's the heat set inserts I'm currently using: M2 x 4.0mm L x 3.6mm OD ( Amazon affialiate link ) M2 x 3.0mm L x 3.6mm OD ( Amazon affialiate link ) I've included two adapter plates that you can use to incorporate the t-nuts into your own models.
