This is probably a portrait of Livilla, who was married to the young Drusus, son of Emperor Tiberius (possibly portrayed here https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-julio-claudian-prince-60162), with whom she had twins in 20 AD. Her wavy hairstyle is prominent and reminiscent of the younger Antonia's, her mother's, but with more curls on the forehear, showing her belonging to the family.
