About this 3D model

This portrait depicts Faustina the Elder, the wife of Antoninus Pius and mother of Faustina the younger. She died in 141 AD and was awarded divine honours afterwards, which explains the large amount of posthumously created portraits of her. Her intricately braided hair was a big fashion inspiration at the time.
