About this 3D model

Phidias was a famous greek sculptor, architect and painter, who sculpted the cult image of Athena Parthenos around 440 BC. The detail from the Amazon fight, shown in this fragment, was depicted on Athena's shield. Parts of this composition are very popular on decorative reliefs of the Roman Imperial Age.
