About this 3D model
This is a statue portrait of Peter the Great (or Peter I.), the founder of St. Petersburg, which is also where the statue is located. It opened to the public inside the Peter and Paul Fortress in 1991, which is the year when the Soviet Empire fell. It is considered quite controversial, as it's a very unusual representation of the leader. He is shown with big feet and hands, and a small head, in stark contrast to the usual imposing standing or horseback poses.
