About this 3D model
The mytholofical hero is portrayed with the Golden Fleece, captured form the dragon, shown slain at his feet. This statue comes from Palazzo Ricasoli Firidolfi (previously Zanchini). It was made by Pietro Francavilla (1548-1615), who was a Franco-Flemish sculptor trained in Florence. Pietro provided sculpture for Italian and French patrons in the elegant Late Mannerist tradition established by Giambologna.
