About this 3D model

This high quality head of a statue goes back to a bronze figure created around 460 BC by the famous Greek sculptor Polykleitos of Argos. The Berlin copy carefully imitates the metallic precision of the bronze cast. The Hermes head wings are an addition by the Roman copyist.
