About this 3D model

The point of this puzzle is to make a 6 by 4 chocolate bar and then transform it so that there is an extra peice, but is still a 6 by 4 chocolate bar. It uses a trick that can be done on normal chocolate bars. Also the design is not going to align perfectly when transformed.
