A simple cover for the terminals of a Nissan Leaf battery module (Gen1). If you are handling Leaf battery modules (e.g., whilst building a DIY home powerbank) it's a good idea to cover the terminals. This does that with a minimum of material. Simple and effective. This is better than just slapping tape over the terminals - which would leave a resistive sticky residue on the terminals. And it's better than leaving the terminals exposed while you use metal tools around them. If you fumble a busbar or drop a screw driver/crescent across the terminals you'll get instant molten metal flying around. Not good. I added a fuzzy skin to the outside of my prints to reduce warping (and it adds a nice grippy texture). You can fit 24 parts onto a standard 256 x 256 Bambu bed. Print two sets for all 48 modules. Print settings: PLA Orange 0.4mm nozzle 0.28mm layers fuzzy skin on outside walls only To print 24 on one bed takes 4 hrs 45 mins, and 136 grams.
