It is a cookie cutter for creating small hilti tool box cookies. The cutter has a draft angle for easy cookie extraction. If you use non-sticky dough just shake the cutter a bit and the cookie should drop out. There is a 4 mm and 5 mm version. The measurement tells you how far the imprint surfaces of the cutter are away from the table. For thicker cookies use the 5 mm version.
