About this 3D model

Bronze group of five figures mounted on a circular granite base. The sculpture depicts Gaea, the Greek earth-mother protected by her helmet, enfolding a father, mother, and two children within her cloak. The boy is playing with a ball while his sister holds his arm. The mother is seen from behind her long flowing hair echoed in the daughters. It was unveiled by The Duke of Gloucester
