Well I've got a solution for you! Carriage is compatible with Thomas and Friends engines and most wooden railway tracks. The hook is specific to Thomas and friends. Leg0 minifigures sit in removable Leg0 style chairs. I printed with PLA+ 100% infill, 0.12mm layer height. the hook I printed the same but with PETG The carriage needs a bit of weight to stay on the track hence the solid printing. Supports need to be painted on the front and rear of the carriage under the couplings as pictured. The roof needs to be printed standing up with supports and a brim. Everywhere else, supports aren't needed. The wheels and hook are attached with M2x8mm Socket Head bolts (7 total). It's important to use socket heads as they form the bearings for the wheels. They won't screw in all the way - this is intentional so the wheels have a bit of sideways play otherwise the carriage won't go around corners. Be careful not to strip them.
