It is a peeling aid which makes one handed peeling of fruits and vegetables easy. It has two sharp prongs to hold the vegetable or fruit. Such products are pretty expensive and one such product would cost 13~14$ per piece.However, this 3d printed part weighs ~20g and costs less than a dollar apiece. You can even add a plate below it for further improvements/changes.
