This is a tool to easily braid friendship bracelets. Tie seven strands of string together and push them through the middle hole. Then place each strand in an outside notch leaving one notch open. To braid the bracelet take the strand three places away from the open notch and move it to the open notch. Keep repeating this process while pulling the braided bracelet out of the back of the disk. When you reach your desired length tie off the loose ends and cut off the excess.
