The Sandmen Syndicate does not stand alone. Instead, it slips into existing forces, reshaping them from within and turning certainty into something far less reliable. Led by the Hat Man and supported by the Sleepwalkers, the Sandmen operate as an extension of another Allegiance rather than a replacement for it. Their presence brings additional resources and flexibility, allowing a Company to expand beyond its usual limits while introducing tools that disrupt and destabilize the enemy. On the tabletop, the Sandmen Syndicate excels as a support force. It enhances its allied Company by increasing available resources and introducing new options drawn from outside its core Allegiance. At the same time, it interferes with enemy plans through Token manipulation, objective repositioning, and subtle control effects that force opponents into difficult decisions. The Hat Man anchors this influence, applying pressure and control where it matters most, while the Sleepwalkers extend that reach across the battlefield. Together, they allow a force to operate beyond its normal constraints, reinforcing its strengths while creating new opportunities to exploit.
