This gives you a faceplate that can increase FOV and give you that peripheral vision like a Quest Pro. I prefer this “open” design and many others do too. You will have to use a bit of velcro tape and source your own pad. EDIT 1: Added 2nd version with larger nose hole EDIT 2: Added 3rd version with better clips, larger nose hole again and a bit lower side gaskets for better stability. Because of this I now recommend a cut “U” style pad rather than a “quest pro” style pad.
