About this 3D model

This recumbent sphinx, which has been roughly workedo tu of red clay, meassures approx. 7 x 2.5 x 4 cm. The object dates to the New Kingdom (circa 1550-1069 BC) and was taken over by the Classical Archaeological Institute. The sphinx is a typical hybrid creature with human head and lion body. This formation of the being - human head with animal body - refers to the human presence in the divine.
