About this 3D model

This is a ballast carrier for the Alioth IOM 3d printed RC Sailboat. It could be modified to fit other boats. It provides a simple way to carry brass ballast rods and also helps reinforce the keel area. These two brass rods are about 1-1/4” (31mm) long x 7/16” (11mm) diameter weighing 31 grams each. It can be installed using silicone adhesive.
