About this 3D model

With this holder you can neatly store the 13 pin connector on a bike rack. There are different variants for different tube sizes from 19 to 35mm, choose the size a bit smaller than the tube. For my Thule Easyfold 2 (Affiliate link) I used the 29mm version. There is also a hole for a cable tie.
