There are interesting designs to sort screws and bolts. They are not easy to assemble, and quite time comsuming. And if you have not so many to sort? This design offers a solution. In the one side you can determain the width (2 - 6mm. with half mm increments) and on the other side the length - 10 - 75mm. I do not think the infill need to be more than 5%. A good brin is advisable.
