About this 3D model

I designed this a little after I made my polypanel fabric connection when I realized that it didn't only have to be 3d printed fabric- why not real fabric? So I made this basic connection that has 9(or 11, I made both) holes in it that a needle can fit perfectly through. I did it on a scrap just to show the idea, but it could be used along the edge of anything to allow polypanels to connect to it. It's a fairly basic design, support free, that can be used anywhere. I anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please let me know in the comments. :)
