HMS Hermes was the first Aircraft Carrier to be designed from the ground up to serve in that role. Hermes met her end near Trincomalee by Japanese airpower. This kit is a faithful recreation of HMS Hermes in a 1:2100 scale. The kit contains a full hull along with a waterline version. A stand/nameplate is included for the full hull, and a separate parked Swordfish Mk 1 is also provided. Each part is presupported, and the stand is print-in-place. A print-in-place gameplate is also included for use in Age of the Dreadnought.
