Week 43 is in denmark Knæk Cancer uge ( Break Cancer Week) The Knæk Cancer Flower is symbol for the Knæk Cancer Foundation. Cancer affects one in three Danes and turns many into relatives. We all - in one way or another and at some point in our own lives - come into contact with cancer. A disease that costs 43 Danes their lives every day. Today, almost 374,000 Danes are living with or after a cancer diagnosis. The good news is that two out of three will survive a cancer. But we want to set the bar higher. Fewer people will get cancer and more people will survive.
