Broke of the seat notch of my KTM 690 enduro so now my seat starts lifting in the front.Has to be repaired and here is my attempt. You should probably use ABS or something similar. non heat resistand filaments dont do well on motorcycles. remove the complete old notch from the old seat (its broken anyway) and just screw this new on in the same place with some woodscrews (predrill the screwholes on the seat). some glue on the bottom wouldnt hurt.
